You made ZDNet AnchorDesk ChalkBoard a smashing success. So when you asked for a bigger, better place to discuss today's top technology news, views and trends, we listened.
Jesses Berst Alerts
Jesse has been known to...well, to speak his mind. And to tackle controversial
subjects. And to challenge vendors to do right by users. Heres where
AnchorDesk readers come to debate the topics raised in Jesses columns
and to discuss issues that could affect the future of computing and the
Internet.

Rants & Raves
Heres the place to tell it like it is about the products you love and the
products you hate. Save someone else from grief by sharing your horror story.
Help someone find the best product by telling about a great find. Enlighten the
rest of the world by spotlighting a current problem and proposing a solution.

Mac Mecca
Do you swear by the Mac? Or at the Mac? Will you surrender your Mac when they
pry your cold dead fingers from the keyboard or can't wait for them to just go
away? Join in! This is the place to speak up about the Mac-Apple management.
The Apple-Microsoft partnership. What ever is on your mind. Jump into the melee

Web Interoperability Pledge
WIP applies to all Web sites, large or small, commercial or private. If you
believe in the idea of a single, global Internet based on a single standard,
you should support that vision by taking the Web Interoperability Pledge and
adding the WIP logo to your site. Through solidarity, show vendors you are
serious about wanting them to comply with the W3Cs processes and
procedures for HTML and other important standards.

Make-A-Difference
ZDNet AnchorDesk Make-A-Difference petitions are a way for Web users to make
their voices heard. The AnchorDesk staff highlights a current issue, takes a
stand, and invites you to add your voice. On a regular basis, AnchorDesk takes
the petition results directly to vendors to urge them to do the right thing by
users. Heres where to talk about the current petition topic, to check on
progress, or to propose future petitions.
