How do I subscribe to the AnchorDesk Alert?
Go to http://www.zdnet.com/anchordesk/whoiswe/subscribe.html Choose the
section for the text or In-Box Direct version of the email Alert.
Type in your email address, click the Subscribe button, then
click Submit.

Type in your email address, click the Unsubscribe button, then click Submit.
What if Ive already unsubscribed, but still receive your email?
Often this happens if the email address you entered on the unsubscribe page was not in
our database. You may be subscribed under a different address. This can happen if:
- Your outgoing address is different from your incoming address.
Your incoming address might be mary@xyz.com, but your outgoing address (the one your
companys mail server generates) might be mary@mailhost.xyz.com.
- Email is being forwarded to your address. Perhaps a former employer, university,
service provider, etc. is forwarding mail from one of your old email addresses to your
new one, and we may have your old address in our database.

Why am I getting multiple copies of your email in my inbox?
Often, this happens if a slightly different version of your email address generated by
your outgoing mail server, or if you have email being forwarded from another service.

How do I change my email address?
The quickest way to change your email address is to use our page at
http://www.anchordesk.com/whoiswe/change.html
Once you get there:
- Type in your old email address
- Type in your new email address
- Choose the email version youre using (Text or Netscape In-Box Direct)
- Click the Submit Request button.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot change versions of email from this page, only
email addresses. If you have problems, send an email describing your difficulty
